I've been, created, and done a lot of things in my life, but none that have represented me as wholly or allowed me to express myself as freely as RoseParties/CALM. As a young, black, pansexual, poly, swinger, female in an interracial relationship, no space felt completely welcoming and like home. My mother would always tell us... "If you don't like the way I do it, do it yourself." I didn't like the spaces provided for people in this life, so I created one myself.
